Keystone, Summit County — Summit & Grand County.
Keystone is a resort town all the way through — River Run and Lakeside Village condos, the homes out at Keystone Ranch, the quiet corner of Ski Tip. Almost every unit here answers to a calendar: a winter of back-to-back guests, a summer of weddings and bike traffic, and two short shoulder seasons in between. That is when remodeling happens in Keystone — the work is scheduled to the day, done inside an HOA building without disturbing the neighbors, and finished before the next booking arrives. We plan condo and home projects around exactly that rhythm, in English or Spanish, with a free quote to start.

Working in Keystone means working inside other people's buildings. Most of the housing stock is condos under HOA rules — shared hallways, shared elevators, quiet hours, rules about where a crew can stage material and when demolition can make noise. A remodel here is judged twice: once on the finished unit, and once on how clean the hallway stayed while it happened. Floors get protected from the front door to the unit, debris goes out on a schedule the building allows, and the elevator is left the way we found it. That is not a courtesy in Keystone — it is the job.
The second thing about Keystone is that these units live hard. A rental condo at River Run hosts more people in one winter than most homes see in five years — ski boots in the entry, wet gear on the floors, a new set of guests every few nights judging the unit against its listing photos. So the finishes have to be chosen for that life: durable floors, tight grout, surfaces that clean fast between check-outs and still look sharp in the photos that earn the bookings. And at roughly 9,200 feet, winter itself is part of the property — walkways, decks and entries need to be clear so every arriving guest walks up to an open door.
